Allana Ferguson bio

Allana participated in Australia during Rugby Sevens, but then knee injuries made her miss several seasons before switching back to Rugby League. Allana played her first women's match in the 2015 season of rugby league and was a star in the game for New South Wales in a match against Queensland. Allana is also a radio player on her resume, making regular appearances on the 2GB's highest-rated Continuous Call Team. Allana is a teacher with a complete qualification outside of sports. Allana Ferguson holds the rare privilege of playing for Australia in three sports, rugby sevens along with touch and rugby league. Allana Ferguson soccer player for Jillaroos and a league player of Australia's Jillaroos team, was forced to come to an early end to her professional career in the sport after torn her ACL on a fourth occasion. Ferguson was 25, and has tore her ACL the same leg at the age of 15-17 and at 20. After a fourth tear she knew it was the right time to end her career. Ferguson was the JILLAROOS team's playmaker. Ferguson was forced to quit due to her 4th ACL left knee injury. Ferguson was injured in her ACL during training in November.
